Teeter Inversion Table was established in 1981 is the oldest and well-known brand for Inversion Tables. It has the best customer ratings of all the brands and enjoys the most advanced technology for comfort in this space. According to Teeter, the inversion tables are FDA registered to treat 10 different medical conditions including Back pain, Sciatica, Spinal degenerative joint disease, Spinal stenosis, Muscle tension, Herniated discs, Degenerative disc disease, Spinal curvature due to tight muscles, Facet syndrome and Muscle spasm. All the Inversion Table models come mostly pre-built with some assembly required after receipt. These tables come with 5 year warranty and US based customer service. Teeter has discontinued older models such as EP 970, EP 960, EP 560 and even Fitspine X2. 

They have a flexible back pad to promote easy sliding of the body to optimize decompression stretch while inversion. It’s also flexible to enable turning of the body while lying to add additional dimensions to stretching. It includes what Teeter describes as a 8-point floating suspension system.

The tables include a configurable Lumbar support to adjust to your body type and adjustable and removable acupuncture nodes to focus on the problem areas of your back. It has soft foam ankle supports to avoid discomfort or pinching while inverting.

Teeter Inversion Table contains Curved Stretch Bar at the bottom of the frame for extra stretch., a three angle pre-set system to invert at various angles, a lock system to lock the inversion table a full inversion to support different exercises at this position and like most table these are foldable for easy storage.
